Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unopened bottles of wine and liquor within 30 days of purchase. If the bottle you received is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened bottles of wine or liquor, unless they are defective or damaged. We also cannot accept returns on rare or vintage bottles of wine and liquor that are sold as-is.
